The purpose of this role is to perform and support the standard Operational Finance activities as detailed in the end to end transaction process documentation for which the role relates: Order to Cash

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Account receivable – Preparation, issuance draft/ final invoices, credit notes to markets/ clients.
• Work with Commercial Finance and Business team to clear unbilled.
• Investigate and resolve customers’ inquiries, including resolving collection and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy of accounts records
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity.
• Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function.
• Assist in annual audit/ Client audit
• To support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance with 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passionate and have eagerness to learn.
• Experience in PIN/Spectra accounting software preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• High integrity and ethics and a collaborative work attitude
