Your Team, Your Impact

The Test Operations Group supports the Test, Product Engineering and Production groups activities. Our primary function is to maintain various types of test equipment used on the test floor to develop, debug and process IC products ranging from Carrier, Automotive, Enterprise, Data Center and ASIC product lines. We interfacing with vendors from various manufactures including Advantest, Teradyne, Cohu, HonPrec, Seiko-Epson, Delta, Chroma, TEL, Semics to help support our team.

What You Can Expect

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining operational readiness of our ATC Hontech, ATC Cohu, Seiko Epson and Chroma handler fleet.
  • Responsible for maintaining operational readiness of our Advantest 93K and Teradyne Uflex testers and related hardware (Boards, Sockets, Device Kits).
  • Work with the Field Service Engineers from the various manufactures to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair our testers, handlers and prober systems.
  • Work with Marvell's IT team to maintain our equipment connectivity to Marvell's networks.
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
  • Help to input and track request for new hardware request form the Product, Test and Production teams.
  • Work with vendors to obtain quotes for replace and spare parts.
  • Work with other team members to resolve test equipment issues.
  • Assist in performing calibration and preventive maintenance as needed.
  • Work to help drive future improvements to Marvell’s Test floor environment.
  • Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team oriented working environment as well as autonomously when required.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 3-5 years of related professional experience supporting Test Operations.
  • Proficient with Advantest 93K testers and Teradyne Uflex test systems and their diagnostic and calibration protocol.
  • Proficient on the various pick and place Active Temperature Control handling equipment Hontech 1028C/CH, Cohu Eclipse.
  • Proficient on the various pick and place handling equipment (Ambient, Hot and Cold) and SLT handling equipment Seiko Epson 7000/8000 series, Chroma 3260/3110.
  • Experience with Semics Opus 3 and TEL Precio Wafer Prober equipment.
  • Basic understanding and able to identify various types of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Basic PC skills with Microsoft office suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux operating and networking skills and inventory control systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work the work schedule of Friday through Monday - 8AM to 8PM

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

36 - 54, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
