Engineering Lead - KYC Transaction Monitoring

As Engineering Area Lead in the TM Monitoring area, you are responsible for the technical delivery of some products that will help ING to expose money laundering and terrorist financing activities. With your engineering experience, you will be leading 2-3 squads and must make sure they build and maintain, secure, high quality and innovative solutions. The focus for the squads is on automation. Your focus is to make them thrive and be predictable in delivering the solutions that help the business.

The team

One of the departments in Tech Finance & Risk is the Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention department. The areas CDD, Screening, Transaction Monitoring and Data are part of this Tech department. You will be one of the Engineering Leads in the Transaction Monitoring area and work together with the other Engineering Leads in the department. We value an open and inclusive work environment. Stand-by shifts

Engineering Area Leads take part in the shifts for Domain Major Incident Manager (DMIM). The DMIM is required to be 24/7 available to make sure P1 incidents in our department are picked up adequately by the squads and to be contact person on behalf of our department for Global Major Incident Management.

• If you are designated by your lead for stand-by shifts to be available for incidents outside of your regular working hours, a Stand-by compensation is awarded.
