- Responsible for equipment incurred Quality Incident Investigation & CAPA
- Troubleshoot & repair hard down
- Hands on in new Installation, Buyoff & Qualification
- Verify & Buyoff Sustaining team Preventive Maintenance quality
- Responsible for equipment related document release & update (WI, FMEA, Checklist, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guide)
- Involve in equipment quality & process Audit
- Initiate & complete Improvement Project to support the organization goal
- Manage Spare Part Inventory in Warehouse
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic.
- 2+ years of equipment engineering experience in manufacturing industry.
- Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data.
- Well verse in DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis tool.
