DevOps Engineer

The idea of the Cross Domain Configuration Management application (CDCM) is to enable Bosch internal users to unambiguously identify all product configuration relevant data. In your role as a DevOps Engineer you will develop and support the CDCM software in collaboration with our external supplier and domain experts. The collaboration will be based on state of the art PLM standards and technologies.

Tasks:

• Design, develop, automate, test and release of a software components.
• Stable operation of the components, deployment pipelines and implementation of monitoring capabilities
• Providing expertise and product support to internal customer- and project teams

Technology Stack: Python, Java/Springboot, git, Jenkins, RDF, RDFS, OWL, Linked Data, IBM ELM Stack, OSLC

Requirements

Qualifications Profile:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Sciences
• Experience with Software Integration patterns
• Experience with software development in engineering domains
• Good programming skills in Python/automation technologies
• Knowledge about OSLC and the PLM applications like the IBM ELM stack is a benefit
• Good understanding of IT concepts, especially related to operations, security, distributed computing, and databases
• Profound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communicative and open mindset for virtual collaboration in internationally distributed team
• Fluent English skills
