CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a senior Power Apps software developer to support a key CACI Department of Defense (DoD) Program.

More About the Role

As a member of the ITEMSS Agile Integrated Data Environment (A-IDE) Team, you will be a key contributor to the success of the ITEMSS Program through the construction and maintenance of over 40 complex program management applications and dashboards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with stakeholders from over 16 government portfolios to streamline and automate business processes
  • Supporting all aspects of software development (requirements analysis, business analysis, development, testing, product documentation, and training)
  • Engaging with customers to gather user requirements and translate requirements into user stories and business process models
  • Designing data models and transform data into interactive dashboards and visual reports for high-level decision makers
  • Developing Canvas Apps with interactive forms and dashboards, interfacing with different data sources
  • Automating business processes using Power Automate
  • Developing interactive, strategic Power BI reports and dashboards for leadership and key decision makers
  • Conducting customer demonstrations and training
  • Maintaining application baseline in different customer environments
  • Participating in daily scrums and an Agile development lifecycle
  • Maintaining SharePoint portals on different platforms: SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
  • Providing user support

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, with an active secret DoD security clearance (interim will be considered)
  • College Degree (B.S.) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Seasoned technical individual contributor
  • Influences others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures
  • Works independently under limited supervision. May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience working with stakeholders to optimize existing business processes
  • Experience supporting all aspects of software development (requirements analysis, business analysis, development, testing, product documentation, and training)
  • Experience engaging with customers to gather user requirements and translate requirements into user stories/backlogs
  • Experience transforming functional requirements into business process models and system design
  • Experience designing data models and transform data into interactive dashboards and visual reports for high-level decision makers
  • Experience developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Canvas App, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Experience developing complex Canvas Apps with interactive forms and dashboards, interfacing with different data sources
  • Experience developing Power Automate workflows to automate business processes
  • Experience developing interactive, strategic Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Experience working with JavaScript and HTML/CSS
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and conduct customer briefs, demonstrations and training
  • Experience developing SharePoint Online applications – developing customized Power App forms, Power Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint 2016 portals - developing InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2010/2013 workflows

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Experience developing in a DoD cloud environment
  • Experience documenting as-is system implementation
  • Experience writing and executing test procedures
  • Experience providing user support
  • Experience documenting User’s Guides and developing presentations for user training
  • Experience and comfort working on a Scrum team in an Agile environment
  • Experience building and maintaining data tables in Dataverse
  • DoD 8570-01 compliant for “IAT Level II” or higher - Current CompTIA “Security+ CE” certification or equivalent

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
