Associate Director, Global Analytics and Insights

Introduction to the Role:
Join our dynamic Global Analytics & Insights team in the Oncology Business Unit, where we strive to improve the quality of decisions taken on our oncology assets. This role supports our Global Oncology Diagnostics team and will lead the generation of insight and analytics for both late-stage brands and early-stage assets requiring biomarkers or diagnostics. We're looking for a critical thinker who can turn analysis into a story and provide cogent recommendations for senior leaders. Accountabilities:
You will provide insights into the diagnostics market landscape and target customer analysis to support commercial strategy development. You will identify diagnostics insights gaps and develop insight generation plans. You will lead the integration of insights and analysis from a wide range of diagnostics data sources to inform material business decisions. You will present analysis and synthesis to senior leaders in a way that is succinct, persuasive, and

conclusive.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a science/social sciences, engineering, mathematics, or quantitative discipline
• 4+ years of experience in quantitative or qualitative primary market research; primary or secondary data analysis
• Curious mind, and ability to connect dots and synthesize insights.
• Ability to communicate clear narratives out of complexity – visually and orally.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Oncology experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• 7 years or more experience in pharma primary market research
• Experience with a strategic consultancy Master’s degree or higher in science/social sciences, engineering, mathematics, or quantitative discipline
• RWE analysis experience (e.g. claim data analysis, FlatIron, Diaceutics precision medicine data, ATU analysis), especially within Oncology
• Expertise in statistical analysis tools, and data visualization
• Prior Precision Medicine/Diagnostic experience
