Accountant for Nordic Finance team in Bosch

Would you like to be our new colleague in Ballerup? In the Nordic finance team, we are responsible for accounting functions for the Nordic Bosch companies. We are part of Global Business Services division, and we work in close collaboration with our Global Service Center in Timisoara, Romania.

Our local accounting team is responsible for the external accounting of our Danish and Norwegian Robert Bosch entities. You will be sharing tasks and responsibilities together with another accountant, depending on your competencies.

The primary tasks of the accountant are:

• Monthly closing of accounts in close collaboration with Controlling and the Service Center
• Calculation and preparation of provisions, accruals, and other accounting materials
• Balance Sheet reconciliation in collaboration with the Service Center
• Preparing and ensuring good quality for quarterly and yearly Financial Statements according to IFRS and Danish GAAP principles
• Acting as a contact person for auditors, providing materials for audits
• Handling manual payments in the banking system
• VAT reconciliation and reporting to tax authorities
• Collecting data for Transfer Pricing documentation
• Provide accounting related guidance to the Service Center and other departments
• Participation in various projects and implementation of new IT tools and solutions related to accounting processes

Requirements

What distinguishes you?

You have a relevant education in the field of Finance and Accounting. You should also have experience of similar tasks preferably from a large organization.

As a person you take responsibility for your tasks in a structured way. You are independent, proactive, and service-minded. You are ready to participate and contribute with your knowledge and experience in various projects to develop finance processes.

Further, we imagine that you:

• Are fluent in both written and spoken English. Danish and/or other Scandinavian language skills are a significant advantage
• Have experience of Financial Statements both according to IFRS as well as Local GAAP regulations (DK/NO)
• Have working knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA, knowledge of HFM is advantageous
• Are an expert in MS Excel and other IT Tools
