About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Marketing Executive to join our team and champion our digital products. You'll develop and execute email marketing campaigns, wield data analysis to optimize strategies, and manage marketing initiatives. This role is all about crafting customer journeys, coordinating engagement activities, and promoting our popular webinar series.

Here's What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute a winning digital marketing campaign plan.
  • Become an email marketing maestro using Eloqua to create and execute campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and data-driven optimization.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans across all channels to drive registration for our webinars.
  • Lead the digital marketing team, monitoring campaign delivery and optimizing performance based on insights.
  • Provide clear briefs for copywriters and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Become a customer journey guru, monitoring and developing touchpoints across all channels. You'll also contribute to building customer personas.
  • Own data plans, segmentation, and analysis, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.
  • Develop comprehensive testing plans to refine and optimize various campaigns.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness against set targets, constantly seeking to improve results.

The Skills You Bring

  • Proficiency in marketing automation and project management tools, preferably including Eloqua and ASANA.
  • Experience with data segmentation tools (Eloqua), CMS systems (Adobe Experience Manager or Smart Communication Media),
  • Experience with web analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), A/B testing platforms (Adobe Target), and design tools (Photoshop, InDesign or Canva) will be considered an advantage.
  • You have a deep understanding of digital channels and their metrics.
  • You've developed and delivered successful marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills are your superpower. You can analyze complex issues, draw conclusions, and implement solutions.
  • You excel at written and verbal communication.
