Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our reputation management dashboard and guest survey tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the development and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to guest data privacy and feedback management, ensuring our products adhere to relevant guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly within technology or SaaS sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and clients.
