Epsilon is currently seeking a highly driven FP&A lead to join our team. Functionally reporting to the FP&A Director (Publicis North America) in the U.S, this role will also directly report to a local manager, Sr. Manager FP&A in Bengaluru, India. Work timings would be 1pm to 10pm India time as this role involves supporting Publicis North America.
What you’ll do:
- Drive key financial reporting, analysis and timely reporting.
- Work closely with US stake holders to create financial plans and track progress as the accounts against the budget/forecasts.
- Support business team in pursuit of KPIs through in-depth analysis and sharing of financial knowledge.
- Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems.
- Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data, perform ad hoc analyses.
- Analyzing trends, formulating projections, and evaluating savings initiatives.
- Effective relationship management with Finance team and all key stakeholders.
- Educating, communicating, and supporting with local business leadership.
- Assist finance related presentations for Senior Management.
- Financial modelling and analysis as needed.
- Become familiar with US business and financial processes.
- Quarterly Finance Decks to US Finance Leadership.
- Drive efficiency and create measurable impact on Business.
Requirements
- Cost and Works Accountant/Chartered Accountant, Master of Commerce or MBA Finance
- Prior experience in an MNC work culture preferable
What you’ll need
- Must have 8+ years of experience in the same field.
- Prior Budgeting and Forecasting experience as part of a global team.
- International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred
- Ability to influence at senior business levels.
- Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to bring innovation to challenges and to overcome problems and obstacles as they arise as well as take action and produce desired outcomes with limited direction.
- Prior Experience on Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, Global Operations, Team Management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized
