Job Brief:

As a Digital Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for selling revenue-based financing facilities to micro, small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises (MSMEs). You will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business, walking the customers through the loan structure, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring that loans are disbursed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and disburse facilities to existing and current businesses
• Respond rapidly to lead and loan requests coming through our administration panel and answer the customers’ questions
• Evaluate loan applications and guide customers on how to complete their applications in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient loan processing and disbursement
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the microfinance sales field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deadlines
