Sr. Executive- Finance

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive- Finance to join our finance team. As an Account Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assessing Company accounts, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Responsibilities

• Account Analysis and Reconciliation:
  • Review and analyze Company accounts to ensure accuracy of journal entries and balances.
  • Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
• Financial Compliance and Reporting:
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
  • Ensure financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data.
• Monthly Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and advanced Power BI for data analysis.
• Process Automation and Efficiency:
  • Leverage past experience in automating finance processes.
  • Assist in various audit closures.
• Accounts Receivable Management:
  • Handle inter-company reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or B.Com (Hons).
• Knowledge of the Oracle (preference if worked with it previously).
• CA Inter Pass (not pursuing further).
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Experience

3-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
