Business Analyst

We require a true business BA with amazing stakeholder skills to join our small transformation team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be straddling both business and tech, to review a minefield of data. Understanding source systems and mapping this data. You will be interacting with many business stakeholders and working with both our business project team and tech teams to get under the hood of data requirements. Of course there will be other BA deliverables along the journey, Incl supporting business testing, "to be" process mapping etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need

• High level of structured and critical thinking to synthesize data from several systems and map those into receiving system. Understanding transformation requirements.
• Ability to self direct your work within program timelines and deliverables
• Work extensively with business to identify data which requires cleaning and proactively solutioning how to lessen the business load required to clean data.
• Interact with the business to understand needs, and document in a way that will facilitate prioritisation of their requests versus other projects.
• Capture and document business requirements via workshops, meetings and other interactions with key business stakeholders.
• In conjunction with input from the Product Owner and development team, lead the crafting of functional designs that can both be understood by the business and actioned by the development team.
• Be capable of working and executing projects in Agile environment.
• Possess superior stakeholders skills and ability to engage with business at varying levels.

Requirements

• Working within a multifaceted program, incl Data migration experience is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience delivering complex projects, interacting with several systems, across internal staff and external suppliers/customers.
