J ob Description:

DTN is seeking a Workday Engineer to join our Internal Business Application team to support Workday Finance and HR. This position is an opportunity to be at the forefront of our digital transformation and imprint on our ERP future growth. The position includes design, development, testing and deployment of various business applications and integrations using Workday core toolset. You will help drive our production support alongside the technical business analyst to support our business goals.

What you will be responsible for:

• Manage system integrations within the architecture of the Workday Financial system.
• Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and develop new integrations.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle.
• Lead in design sessions and code reviews with peers to elevate the quality of engineering across the team.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution.
• Analyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.
• Work with other teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in Workday tools and technologies.

What you will bring to the role:

• 2+ years of professional software development experience within Workday Ecosystem

• Experience with architecture and design

• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service

• Specific Skills: Web Services & API’s (WSDL, SOAP, Rest, and Ws Standards), EIB, XML, XLST

• Licenses or Certifications: Workday Integration or HCM is a plus

• Personal Attributes: Strong problem solving & Organizational skills, Finance or HR experience is a plus

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 58,333 and PHP 83,333 monthly . DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
