Our newly established Tool Flow Solutions division, part of Sandvik Machining Solutions, comprises around 150 employees and two brands: CRIBWISE and TDM Systems. We act in a fast-paced software business, have a strong focus on growth and aim at becoming a world leader within our domain. Welcome to us!

Your mission

In this role, you craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies, set ambitious sales targets, and analyze market trends to seize opportunities. You lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring they exceed performance expectations. With your great skills in customer relationship management, you build lasting customer relationships, analyze feedback, and swiftly resolve any issues with the support of our dedicated teams. As you embrace the challenge of expanding our market presence, you coordinate product launches, and help us stay ahead of the competition.

Also included in your mission is to:

  • Collaborate across departments to align regional and divisional objectives.
  • Manage budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive informed decisions.
  • Maintain precise sales forecasts.
  • Allocate resources efficiently.

You report to the Head of Sales & Marketing at Tool Flow Solutions. The location for this role is Tübingen, Germany or Stockholm, Sweden, and some travel is part of the role.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with several years’ sales experience and a background in the manufacturing or software industry. You have excellent skills in value-based selling, strategic sales and sales forecasting. Your experience is backed by a relevant university degree or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career.

To thrive in this role, you also need:

  • The ability to negotiate framework agreements.
  • Skills in relationship management, especially the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Customer Success Management skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Expertise in transformation processes and implementing efficient processes.
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

You have a proactive hands-on mentality, a competitive spirit, and a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset. You’re an inspiring leader who fosters team play and internal collaboration.
