As a Transformation Strategic Initiatives Lead you will be pivotal in driving Redaptive's transformation and innovation strategy. You will leverage your extensive experience in technology, solution architecture, data governance, and emerging technologies to drive automation and transformative change at the enterprise level. You will lead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with Redaptive’s business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B, Operations, Product, and/or GTM, and a proven ability to apply best practices, innovative concepts, industry standard methodologies to achieve specific business objectives. You will provide guidance and strategic direction to a diverse group of teams and stakeholders while ensuring strong program performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the vision, goals, and roadmap for enterprise-level transformation projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive digital transformation and innovation across the organization.
  • Align department and enterprise action plans against key operational outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and consensus to ensure alignment and commitment to transformation initiatives.

Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy

  • Partner with Business & Systems Analysis and Enterprise Application functions to develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework for selecting, deploying, and managing technology solutions.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust, and secure technology solutions that support the enterprise transformation strategy.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Gen AI, to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Data Governance and Strategy

  • Partner with BI and functional business units to establish and oversee data governance frameworks and practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across the organization.
  • Develop and implement data strategies that support business objectives and drive value through data-driven decision-making.
  • Promote using advanced analytics and data visualization tools to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

  • Partner with the Process Improvement function to drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Foster an environment that encourages innovation, experimentation, and the adoption of best practices.

Program Delivery & Change Management

  • Oversee all aspects of developing and implementing assigned initiatives, providing a single point of contact for complex, large-scale transformation programs.
  • Drive projects and programs from original concept through final implementation, managing the deliverables of workstream owners and team members.

Performance Insights and Reporting

  • Define expected outcomes and success metrics for enterprise-level projects and programs.
  • Develop and manage dashboards to monitor the end-to-end performance of value-generating programs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Required Abilities and Skills

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions.
  • Expertise in establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Proficient in leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and identify/quantify issues and risks.
  • Ability to devise actionable project plans to achieve success criteria and expected outcomes.
  • Extensive experience working effectively across functions, business units, cultures, and time zones, driving decision-making at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High degree of comfort acting as a central point of contact and first point of escalation for issues, disputes, and requests.
  • A sense of urgency and pace in managing milestones with the capacity to prioritize and align conflicting demands.
  • Advanced skillset in deriving insights from data visualization tools (Excel and Tableau).

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic program delivery, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in technology-driven automation, solution architecture, and data strategy.
  • Certification in a related project management (e.g., PMP) or process improvement discipline (Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Experience in the technology or energy efficiency industry is a plus.

  • 10% of travel to team events or Redaptive office.

  • Expected annual salary: $132,000- $174,000(subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)

  • Annual bonus 20%, subject to company and individual performance
