Role Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales Director and other departments to develop and close new business with new and existing Affiliates.
- Monitor support lines and assist Customer Success Team on technical questions from Affiliates. Diagnose reported problems or configuration issues, recommend possible solutions, follow through on resolution and/or escalate to engineering if no resolution can be found.
- Responsible for the technical training and onboarding of our new Affiliates and for conducting training with our existing Affiliates teams. This will include software product training and internal onboarding tool training.
- Occasionally travel to perform Affiliate consultations to determine needs and solutions, and obtain detailed information for revenue growth.
- Participate in technical presentations for Affiliates and their prospects.
- Ability to perform tasks with moderate supervision.
- Demonstrate ability to implement, drive and track projects.
- Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of CDNs, image optimization, eCommerce.
- Utilize Salesforce, Hubspot and the Magentrix PRM, for all Affiliate interaction.
Requirements
Desired Experience and About You:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Business, or Communications.
- 2+ years of technical sales experience with software is preferred. Experience with Cloud migration, SaaS, CDNs, eCommerce, or the retail industry is optimal.
- Strong professional communication and presentation skills.
- Innovative approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a results-based environment.
- Effective technical closer. Must have the ability to identify the customer’s technical pain, and articulate our technical solution.
- Basic technical understanding of website design, CDNs, and image optimization
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as experience in using CRM software.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile transportation and current auto insurance.
