Job Description:

Global Product Catalogue / Business analyst

As part of the Support Ops team, provide Operational Support to the organization.

This an hybrid role that Combines Business Analyst role with Global product catalog role. On the analytics side the ask is to work on data driven projects, creating visual solutions and innovative approaches to increase Operational efficiency and productivity. On the GPC side members critically evaluate and combine product and hierarchy data into an asset repository for all products, that reflects HPEFS and our customers standards. Providing the ability to process information relating to products included on lease schedules. While using digital resources to build knowledge and work effectively as a global team of leaders. The GPC is the sole reference of product information that is used to describe and categorize our asset investments for all asset management systems globally

Responsibilities:

• Adheres to agree upon service levels
• Identifies emerging trends/best practices and ensures proposed solutions to meet Company Goals
• Leads projects: plans and identifies recommendations and insights through implementation.
• Develops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns.
• Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods.
• Provides detailed business analysis
• Develops Analytic solutions / Implement new data analysis methodologies
• Monitors Data Quality to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies

About you:

Typically 1-5 years’ work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. University degree in IT or equivalent work experience desired.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Product Knowledge (IT Assets/components)
• Experience Programming language ( example: T-SQL, VB.net, HTML , ASP.net, Python)
• Database knowledge (example: MS SQL Server, Oracle )
• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management and influencing skills.
• Developed relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data.
• Data Analytics experience

Additional System/apps Knowledge (although not required are a plus)

• Odessa Platform
• D365 Platform
• Data Visualization tools knowledge (PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Rapid Miner, Tableau)
• Jira Software/Agile Methodology
