Construction Project Manager

AECOM is looking for Construction Project Managers for Transportation Infrastructure Projects in the New York/ NJ Metropolitan area.

• Responsible for the overall management of PMC and CM projects or for managing key components/disciplines of mega projects or of numerous smaller projects (I.E Testing & Commissioning, or Systems Integration)
• Assist in establishing project specific objectives and policies. I
• Provide management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface
• Oversee and ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering plus either years of experience in a related role or demonstrated equivalency
• Transit and Transportation Experience

Preferred Qualifications :

• NY NJ Metro Agency Experience
• 10+ years of related experience
• Experience with and knowledge of New York City DOT procedures and practices
