Service Operations IP Analyst

We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst to join our Trademark Renewals team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on tasks related to the end-to-end trademark renewal process. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in relevant subject (Law, Business Administration, IP, etc.) or equivalent working experience
• Minimum B2 level of English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Working experience in Customer Support
• Working experience in administrative tasks
• Experience in maintaining deadlines and working in a team environment

What will you be doing in this role?

• Dealing with foreign/domestic trademark portfolio, while respecting the customer deadlines, customer specificities, internal procedures, quality standards and KPIs; Performing data verification and checking whether information provided by customers is in accordance with information found on IP databases
• Creating reports of IP matters for internal and external stakeholders
• Obtaining deep understanding of the maintenance workflow in order to collaborate with other teams at every stage of the process
• Achieving deep knowledge of all national IP databases in order to be a reference point for other teams; Supporting patent/trademark related projects
• Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material
• Proactively recommending improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risks

About the Team

We as a team provide Trademark Renewal / Maintenance services by communicating with clients and agents, resolving possible issues, while making sure that the renewals are done timely and accordingly.

Hours of Work

From 9 am to 5 pm CET; full time

This is a hybrid position working in the office 3 days every other week
