About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in category reporting and performance management, with a proactive approach to identifying new value-creation opportunities. This role entails both routine and project-oriented tasks aimed at enhancing category performance across categories within Markets & Indirect: Cards & CPEs, Marketing Services and Customer Care, Professional Services & Travel, Logistics, & Facilities Management.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for all reporting requirements within the category, including savings reporting, target setting, demand pipeline planning, forecasting, and ensuring timely update of data by category teams.
• Develop the analytical functionalities within the category area and drive analysis to support Categories. Analyze spend, savings pattern, net working capital achievement etc. to support development and execution of the category strategy.
• Follow-up with Head of Categories on spend development and category performance to ensure on-track performance.
• Organize and lead periodic demand pipeline follow up and Monthly Business Review (MBR) preparation with business units.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed to support the Categories.

Profile

Successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various categories to drive performance improvements and uncover new opportunities for value creation, good stakeholder management skill.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or Business.
• minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, strategy, or financial analysis.
• Proficiency with data processing and visualization tools, such as Excel and PowerBI.
• Results-oriented with excellent collaboration abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting effectively on complex strategy and analysis topics with stakeholders.
