Join our dynamic and growing Long-Term Health Care practice in Cleveland! We specialize in representing investors and operators in skilled nursing and assisted living facility transactions. We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to lead and grow with us.
Your Role:
As a Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of our Long-Term Health Care practice, handling complex transactions and providing top-notch legal advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and draft purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and other related documents for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
- Manage all aspects of business transactions, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments in the long-term health care sector.
- Provide strategic advice and legal expertise to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in transactional law, with a strong focus on real estate transactions.
- Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the long-term health care sector, particularly with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
