The Senior Client Solutions Architect is a client facing, point of contact operations account manager role. In close collaboration with our Analytics and Commercial teams as well as other operations teams, you will lead and drive the operational design, solutioning and delivery of our client offering to ensure it is delighting clients while maintaining the NielsenIQ offer in the marketplace in a sustainable manner. You will coach and mentor junior team members and build team expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations advocate- to provide solutions that meet the clients needs and which are at the same time cost-effective and technically sustainable
  • Manages highly strategic clients e.g. high revenue & business opportunities
  • Advises and leads solutions with the commercial teams and clients directly in regard to client requirements, and play an “interface role” between commercial teams and all Operations teams
  • Client and project management (internal & external) related to the technical and qualitative requirements of NielsenIQ data
  • In-depth technical understanding of the end to end operational processes; able to translate client requirements into technical specifications and handle discussions with clients in regard to possibilities and limitations of NielsenIQ solutions ( especially for new clients or prospective clients)
  • Proactively anticipates requirements, providing feedback on clients’ needs, and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those
  • Accountable for the agreed service level (quality, allocation of data) to be satisfied / surpassed, and the commitment to the client to be satisfied/ exceeded.
  • Informs the client directly of the degree of the SLA-target achievement.
  • Meets the clients regularly to conduct client health and check on operations
  • Develop and mentor CSA team members to build competency and expertise, accelerating the performance and effectiveness of the total team.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of Operations experience
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Strong business acumen, and ability to build strong client relationships
  • Experience with translating client requirements into a technical specifications
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and project management skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills to liaise with all levels (commercial teams, clients and the operations team )
  • Agile & high commitment to the business results while having strong execution excellence
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG/Retail industry and the technology behind solutions
