We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Project Manager to drive our Projects and deliverables.

Get to know the Role

• Lead project planning sessions, manage project progress and adapt work as required.
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of salesforce projects.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Predict resources needed to reach project objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Manage and track the project budget (planned vs actual), resources and capacity.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and status reports.
• Manage vendor / internal resources by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Ensure that the project is being run with appropriate governance to mitigate the risk of cost or time overruns or failure to meet the project’s objectives and key stakeholder needs
• Managing risks, issues and task interdependencies, and derive possible mitigation strategies/actions.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Apply adequate controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the project deliverables/outputs
• Due diligence in project documentation, reviews and sign offs.

Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in Project management and resource management and relevant experience of at least 6 years in Salesforce
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• PMP and Salesforce certifications is good to have.
