We are currently seeking candidates for the following position, based in the Dublin office:

Commercial Client Advisor – Faith/Education Sector

What you can expect:

  • Excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Advisor with a strong commercial background, to move into a highly niche area of insurance.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and servicing of all aspects of client’s insurance portfolios, within the Enterprise & Religious Education team.
  • The role will have a big emphasis on providing efficient customer service to a wide range of stakeholders across schools and parishes to include School Principals, Secretaries and Priests.
  • The position will be both interesting and varied, allowing you to develop real expertise within this particular insurance sector.
  • You will be part of a wider commercial team consisting of 11 Client Advisors and 2 New Business Development Executives, all reporting into the Team Leader.
  • As a dedicated Client Advisor, you will be supported by a Client Service Executive who will manage all aspects of the relationship with the key stakeholders in this sector.

We will rely on you to:

  • Provide an efficient customer service response on day-to-day policy queries.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client/insurer relationship. Strong technical knowledge of all insurance products, to include Public liability, Products liability, Employers liability, Professional indemnity, Personal accident & Legal expenses
  • Delivering day to day broking insurance and client services to assigned portfolio of Education, Faith and Charity clients in relation to all classes of cover.
  • Prepare submissions and undertake risk marketing exercise.
  • Obtain terms on renewal business and obtain renewal instructions from clients.
  • Assist with managing clients claims including preparation of renewal claims reports.
  • Development of Education, Faith and Charity business by advising our client base on additional products to meet their needs.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum Qualification: Commercial CIP.
  • Solid experience within commercial insurance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others.
  • Good motivational fit.
  • Flexible and team player
