  • We are hiring a Regional Workforce Health Consultant to join our MMB Europe advisory hub. In this role, you will promote and improve the health and well-being of employees for our clients across Europe. You will support the delivery of workforce healthcare and well-being strategies, analyze data, and provide recommendations to mitigate health risks.

We will count on you to:

  • Implement effective workforce health and wellness strategies.
  • Raise awareness of advisory capabilities across MMB Europe.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for a holistic approach to workforce health.
  • Analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and proposals.
  • Manage projects and conduct healthcare claims audits.
  • Design health and well-being pathways.
  • Conduct provider research and reviews.
  • Support training session plans.
  • Identify and develop new propositions, products, and services.

What you need to have:

  • Solid experience gained within a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning and development.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in producing client-facing reports and insights.
