Our Recruitment Specialists take responsibility for the recruitment of personnel on behalf of CPM client groups and internal teams, enabling the company and its clients to meet their business objectives.

You will provide a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates and establish strong working relationships with your key internal contacts within the client groups you are working with.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Plan and manage your own workload, ensuring that all deadlines, service levels and quality standards are met.
  • Obtain full brief from hiring managers when receiving a new vacancy, ensuring that all the details are correct, and you fully understand the type of candidate they are looking for.
  • Attract candidates using all the available tools and resources. Screen, identify and put forward candidates by matching their skills, experience, geography and desire for the job to client-specific requirements.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
  • Working with line managers to regularly review which recruitment methods are working in order to make recommendations for future vacancies.
  • Maintain high administration standards, ensuring all information is updated accurately and communicated promptly within the expected timescales.
  • Have a professional and commercial approach to people and recruitment.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English plus a second European language.
  • Agency or In-House end-to-end recruiting experience.
  • Experience in a role that involves regularly communicating with candidates or customers.
  • Previous experience in dealing with multiple tasks, with high levels of admin.
  • International experience within volume recruitment.
  • Excellent technical skills including Microsoft Office; experience using an ATS is a plus.
  • Strong Knowledge of social media channels and job advertising platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Working hours: 39h/week, Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm, and Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
