Senior Global Operations Analyst

This is a contract opportunity.

This is a hybrid opportunity in Atlanta, GA and Pleasanton, CA.

About this position

The Senior Global Operations Analyst will support business process development & execution, demand funnel management, business planning & execution, and GTM (go-to-market) design & implementation across the global partner ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement coverage models, productivity targets, and compensation rules for the global partner organization.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline impact and improve engagement between direct sales and partner teams.
  • Develop business processes to support partner programs, ensuring the necessary systems, enablement, and reporting are in place.
  • Support budgeting and planning, working with Finance and Sales Operations to execute partner commissions and incentive programs.
  • Monitor and analyze critical metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Drive process simplification and standardization, sharing best practices across teams and regions.

Skills/Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in GTM Sales Planning
  • 5+ years experience in Business Process Design
  • 5+ years Salesforce system experience
  • 5+ years experience in Business Systems Requirements Development
  • Business Systems Requirements gathering and design
  • Experience creating reports to support business operations in Tableau, Salesforce Lightning, and/or Excel.
  • Experience in project management and business process documentation
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements from collaborators into technical specifications, including SFDC integration impacts and develop an action plan for associated internal systems as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instruction to users.
  • Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance.
  • Creative problem solver with a bias for action, understanding the value of structure while balancing the need for agility and innovation within that framework
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite. Advanced/Expert user of Excel.

Additional Information:

  • 6-month contract with the possibility of extending/converting

Pay Range:

  • Hourly Range: $65-$69/hour
