About the role:

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Procurement Business Analyst. This key role will provide support for our global operations, category managers, strategic sourcing teams, and supply chain management through information gathering, data analysis & refinement, standard reporting, and business support activities. Additionally, the analyst will develop and track Procurement & SCM metrics that drive operational efficiencies, value creation and functional excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement & SCM, this role is based in Wood Dale, IL, requiring a minimum on-site presence of three days per week. Key Responsibilities:

Data & Financial Analysis

· Researches, analyzes, consolidates, and interprets data using statistical and data analytic methods to create information on business-relevant topics, e.g. spend classification, productivity, operations efficiencies etc.

· Develop a deep level of understanding of the data under analysis, focusing on ensuring the right balance of accuracy and completeness with timely delivery of required information.

· Work closely with finance & business partners to ensure the methodology is correctly used and the figures are realistic as well as context is provided.

Dashboards & Reporting

· Provide regular tracking of results and systemic approach for signaling off-track situations for key organization goals.

· Align with stakeholders on the output design and standard work of information sharing.

· Lead the development of daily management dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations.

Supplier Management Support

· Lead the onboarding process for suppliers, from initial engagement to full integration into procurement systems.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for supplier validation and setup.

· Collaborate with finance teams to verify and validate supplier banking information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in handling sensitive supplier information.

Organizational Support

· Provide administrative support of internal associate profiles with both travel & expense reporting systems.

· Develop and support internal stakeholders through analytics and various ad-hoc reporting.

Are you qualified?

· Bachelor’s degree – business, analytics or supply chain background is preferred.

· 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role. Experience in Procurement, Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related fields preferred.

· Technical proficiency in appropriate procurement systems and analytical tools, Oracle, and Business Warehouse data reporting

· Advance knowledge in with Microsoft excel and power point.

· Process oriented with a good understanding of data analysis techniques.

· Excellent communication, public-speaking and project management skills.

· Strong analytical, business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

· Team player with a positive attitude who can work with international teams.

· Availability to travel up to 20% is required for this role.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
