Luminor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cards Product Security & Compliance Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Cards Product Security & Compliance Framework. Your expertise will ensure our adherence to the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.

**What You Will Do:

  • Maintain and continuously enhance the Cards Product Security & Compliance Framework.
  • Initiate compliance analyses in accordance with the Cards Product Security & Compliance Framework requirements.
  • Monitor the implementation status of the Cards Product Security & Compliance Framework requirements.
  • Own and manage PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance processes within the organization.
  • Design PCI DSS processes and support their lifecycle as per PCI Council requirements.
  • Develop, improve, and own end-to-end PCI DSS process documentation and drive its implementation.
  • Educate and train interested parties on PCI DSS processes.
  • Monitor compliance with external and internal regulations across Luminor Group by conducting compliance assurance and integrity reviews and tests.
  • Collaborate with other units to manage identified compliance gaps, issues, and risks, and implement action plans and recommendations.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify weaknesses and vulnerabilities.

What We Expect:

  • Information Security Standards Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of information security standards and best practices.
  • Risk Management Experience: Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and managing risks within an organization.
  • IT Auditing or Compliance Experience (Advantage): Previous experience in conducting IT audits or managing compliance activities is preferred.
  • IT Processes Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT processes and their integration into compliance and security frameworks.
  • Process Improvement Experience: Experience in leading and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • PCI Level 1 Merchant Compliance Preparation (Advantage): Experience in preparing for PCI DSS Level 1 merchant compliance is highly desirable.
  • Advanced User of JIRA and Confluence: Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
  • Awareness of IT Cards Services and Operations: Familiarity with IT card services and operations, including their security and compliance requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present complex content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and structured manner, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
