Our International Payroll Team offers end-to-end services for the German payroll. They support our international clients who are not based in Germany, but do have a smaller amount of German employees. To further support them in the local market, we are looking for an International Payroll Consultant.

What do you have to offer?

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (e.g. in a customer support role or similar). Experience in payroll/ HR will give you a headstart.

  • An excellent knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken. Any other language knowledge is an asset.
  • A strong interest in payrolland socio-legal matters and wanting to work in an international B2B environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset & strong communication skills.
  • Stress-resistant attitude & eager to learn.
  • An analytical mind and handy with software applications.
  • Able to work in an accurate way.
  • Fun to work with 😊.

Which task can you expect?

  • Preparing, checking and following up the foreign payroll with mainly foreign contacts.
  • Execution and follow-up of the administrative obligations specific to the customer.
  • Advising the customer on administrative, payroll and legal questions, with the necessary support from our experts.
  • Building a solid relationship with your customer.
  • Optimizing processes and tools we work with.
  • After a training period of several months, you will have the opportunity to regularly work from home and/or from a local satellite office.
