Project Analyst

Job Description:

1. Onsite Project Analyst / Coordinator for Change Management, Supplier Enablement, User Acceptance Testing, and Deployment activities (“Project Analyst”), who will be locally based in the DRC, working from the offices at the clients’ mining operation to support the onsite implementation of an eProcurement Platform (Coupa).
2. The Project Analyst will report into both the Change Management and Supplier Enablement Leads, who will be centrally based in South Africa.
3. Project Analyst will be responsible for coordinating onsite activities, engagement of stakeholders, and support the facilitation/enablement of initiatives and key project workshops. The Project Analyst will be required to support the enablement of the change champion network, and facilitate sessions with user acceptance testers, super users, train the trainers and suppliers.
4. Project material and direction will be provided by the change management and supplier enablement leads, with the Project Analysts required to provide input based on DRC environment, stakeholder needs and learnings from engagements.
5. This role may require the translating/checking of material from English to French, to support understanding of users.

​​​​​​​Roles/Responsibilities

1. Supporting eProcurement Platform (Coupa) implementation activities / key interventions by facilitating onsite Super User Training, User Acceptance Testing, and Change and Communication Initiatives.
2. Supporting Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Change baselining & measurement, Stakeholder alignment, Communications, Trainings).
3. Work with the onsite super users and change champion network to identify impacted stakeholders’, to understand the impact, input, and facilitation of training).
4. Support execution of Supplier Enablement activities (Supply Base segmentation, Validations/data collection, and Communications) and intervention to support adoption.
5. Supporting/Coordinate the collection of master data elements and facilitate onsite engagements with the data owners.
6. Participating in Project Management activities (PMO, status calls, operational committee).
7. Support with the translation and/or review of project material into French, to facilitate communication and training. This includes in the facilitated meetings, to assist the teams to understand detail presented, by translating into French.
8. Working across an international team where English is the common language.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Technology and/or Supply Chain Projects, with proficiency in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and/or coordination, Business Analysis, and Change Management and Communication execution.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to engage stakeholders effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
• Proven ability to operate independently in client environments while collaborating with global project teams to undertake initiatives.
• Proficiency in understanding business requirements, facilitating workshops/training, and articulating the business value of changes.
• Technical proficiency in eProcurement platforms and Procurement processes, preferably with experience in supporting the implementation of platforms like Coupa, Ariba, etc.
• Experience in supporting end-to-end change programs for technology-driven change and change adoption, with specialty experience across Change Management, Supplier Enablement, and Training Facilitation is compulsory.
