Luxasia Group, the leading omnichannel partner for beauty and luxury lifestyle brand distribution, retail, and e-commerce in Asia Pacific, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our online initiatives.

As an E-Commerce Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. This includes overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, content management, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient order delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and support online campaigns and promotions.

E-Commerce Executive

(Maternity Coverage: August 2024 to March 2025)

Responsibilities

  • Build LUXASIA’s eCommerce service provider business on key marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Shoptify, .com etc
  • Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as mega campaigns
  • Campaign management and onsite investment planning alongside brand teams
  • Maintaining store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces
  • Run website operations including order processing, inventory management, on-platform campaign management, new product launch, issue resolution and customer care
  • Coordination with the warehouse and operations team & solving ad-hoc problems
  • End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems
  • Visual merchandizing and store management including utilizing seller tools
  • Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners
  • Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking
  • Strong communication & coordination between internal teams, brand partners and platforms
  • Building relationships with brand partners, brand management teams and marketplaces

Requirements

  • E-Commerce/ retail (1-2 years) – e-marketplace experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project management
  • Data reporting and analytics
  • Campaign planning & execution
  • Client management
  • SAP experience is a bonus
