The Integrated Commercial Marketing Specialist ANZ will be responsible to deliver a range of marketing programs and campaigns to support the growth of our provider channel business in ANZ.

Reporting into the Commercial Marketing Lead ANZ, this role will work closely with the Provider Marketing, Product and Commercial Teams to develop, implement and monitor effective marketing initiatives in line with the ANZ strategic goals; whilst collaborating closely with consumer marketing counterparts to build and refine our omnichannel approach, optimising the ResMed brand experience and building synergy between channels.

Let’s talk about responsibilities

  • Work closely with ANZ wholesale team to identify marketing opportunities across the different provider channels, including events, conferences, product launches, campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage and execute marketing requests to support the provider channel’s business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders to support the execution of marketing plans to achieve business goals, and provide a best-in-class marketing experience for customers.
  • Establish and develop business relationships with key customers, suppliers and agencies providing regular communication of project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing content developed and programs hosted meet relevant ANZ regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Source and partner with external vendors to produce marketing assets required
  • Manage the end-to-end briefing and budget process for marketing activities with external agencies.
  • Measure and report success by analysing the performance of campaigns and initiatives, to consistently refine the plan to get the best result.

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

This role requires a structured and proactive self-starter who can quickly and effectively respond to the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded commercial marketing generalist with strengths in project management, engaging stakeholder collaboration, creativity and innovative thinking and results-oriented high quality marketing coordination.

For you to succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or experience) in Marketing, Communications, or any business-related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, including asset creation, event coordination, project management and market development campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and execution of promotions, campaigns and events and identifying key metrics for success.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management in a fast-paced competitive market.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous marketing experience in medical technology or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications: intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in using of platforms such as Salesforce, Asana or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
