Introduction to Role:
Join us as a Senior Manager in GBS Business Continuity, a global role that is pivotal in setting up and maintaining the Business Continuity Program supporting our Global Business Services team worldwide. This role will assist teams across various geographies in identifying their critical business processes and helping them create and execute an efficient Business Continuity and Crisis Management program. Reporting to the Director of Risk Controls and Business Continuity – GBS, you will be a key player in our Enabling business area.

Accountabilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will lead Subject Matter expertise in Business Continuity and Crisis Management. You will engage and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, and senior management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise-wide business continuity management program. Your role will also involve managing the Global risk register, mitigation plan, metrics and reporting.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Overall, 8-10 years of which minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent Compliance and governance understanding
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong customer focus and attention to detail

- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information in business language
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across various leadership levels of the organization
- Working in a matrix organizational structure is required

- Industry certification such as CIA, CISA, ISO 22301, PMI PMP
