Data Entry Senior Associate

WORK LOCATION: HYBRID Based in Bloomfield, CT

COB Data Entry Senior Associate Responsibilities:

• Complete data entry on a timely basis, meeting and/or exceeding promised delivery dates.
• Utilize all sites, systems, and tools needed to effectively complete projects as needed such as: Access, IView, Xnet, Reference Documents, SharePoint, Iris, Customer Support Center
• Maintain target productivity metrics for facility COB manual data entry which includes CBOR auditing electronic records for accuracy, making any changes and /or corrections to the record as needed.
• Maintain target productivity metrics for professional COB manual data entry.
• Professional CBOR records typically are completed thru automation; thorough audits are required to make sure the data is accurate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in claims, medical coding and Health Insurance a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a production metric environment.
• iView, Xnet and Access Database knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in multiple systems concurrently.
• Strong organization and time management skills; effectively adapts to multiple and/or competing priorities.
• Candidate selected for this role will work closely with the COB Analysts, IT support, and management to communicate completed data entry projects daily as well as correct any errors timely and efficiently.
• Possesses strong oral and written communication skills, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite - Word and Excel
