Our exciting BDM / Senior Account Manager opportunity is a hybrid hunter role responsible for selling Experian's leading data management solutions into our buoyant VIC portfolio. This is a high performing portfolio with substantial upside and will suit a experienced operator that's comfortable selling small one-off deals, say a small data cleanse, through to larger complex deals that offer tailored data solutions involving our proprietary tech and expert consulting.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll have opportunity to:
- Revenue Generation: Achieve agreed revenue targets by understanding client requirements and proposing effective solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, including cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other methods.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
- Sales Activities: Attend scheduled sales training, deal reviews, and other sessions to continuously enhance sales skills.
- Performance Management: Coordinate and structure weekly schedules with the Regional Sales Manager, taking responsibility for self-development an learning in line with personal and company objectives.
- Champion Experian Values: Uphold and promote Experian's core values in all interactions and activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales with exposure to enterprise software sales.
- Skills: Strong sales methodology, in conversations, and curiosity in questioning to understand client challenges and opportunities.
- Attributes: Energetic and driven and have keen interest in data and its applications.
