Licenses required: Corporate Finance SIE, 79 and 63 (7 optional/with manager approval) within 180 days of employment.

Preferences: Corporate Finance background and advanced understanding of our C&IB Relationship Manager role and how to bring value add to their clients.

Job Description

• Using independent judgement and discretion, performs complex financial analyses, conducts research, facilitates due diligence and prepares documents related to capital markets transactions and relationships.
• Works as part of an assigned team in the origination, structuring and execution of capital markets solutions.
