Job Description
- Collecting & analyzing data to identify pattern, trends, and key performance indicators
- Monitors call volume & adjusts schedules to ensure consistent service is maintained
- Providing recommendations, key insights, and solutions to resolve any staffing and volume concerns
- Updating schedules to account for breaks, paid time off, tardiness, etc
- Using workforce management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as assigned
Requirements
- At least 6 months of Real Time Analyst/Workforce experience in a BPO setting
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
- Amenable working Shifting Schedules
