About the Role

Assess general administrative tasks related to outpatients and inpatient hospitalization claims from Group policyholders using Microsoft Excel/Macro VBA as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.

• Ensures payment journal and other required documentation are issued in an accurate and timely manner​
• Keep track on the operation of journals and provides team lead with regular updates on the progress of journals preparation
• Attend all direct follow-up claims from third-party administrators, hospitals or insurers within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare and follow up medical questionnaire, medical reports and letters when required by claims assessors
• Perform document verification and uploading of electronic bills files received from hospitals within agreed timeline
• Handle payment request from internal and external parties.
• Meeting department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.
• Assist on general administrative or special tasks as and when required.
• Assist team members within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or related fields
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel/Macro VBA
• Entry level position. Fresh grads are open to apply.
• Able to work onsite in our Cyberjaya office 4 days a week, 1 day work from home
• Ability to read and write Chinese will be an added advantage
