Rewards and Performance Specialist

Job Description

Main Purposes of the Job:

To support HRBP with all ZBB activities (Zero-based budgeting) to ensure the budget remains within control and providing accurate and timely financial forecast, manage payroll process, Employee database, People data analysis, and overall compensation & benefit activities to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and on time payment to KraftHeinz employees in South South-East Asia & Hong Kong BU.

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Zero-Based Budgeting

• Build and deliver annual people budget for entire business unit
• Monthly tracking people cost
• Monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis with C&B and Finance team.

Compensation & Benefit

• Responsible for overall Compensation and Benefit programs
• Recommends modification of C&B programs to ensure market competitiveness, regulatory alignment and business strategy/direction.
• Execute C&B policies from the global office

Reward (Employee life cycle)

• Provide support in employee life cycle with Line manager and Regional reward team such as, promotion, merit increase, salary increment, or any salary adjustment for employee in business unit

Payroll Management

• Manages payroll operation with payroll team and Finance team to ensure on time and accurate payments to employees and relevant reports such payroll report, social security filings, Provident fund documents are submitted on time and accurately.
• Handle employee’s offboarding for final payment and communicate with C&B and Finance team.
• Report information regarding Payroll when required
• Make sure policies and practices comply with labor laws

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum in BBA, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Min 2-3 years' Professional experience in Rewards or Compensation & Benefits
• Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.
• Experience managing people’s expectation within a complex environment
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
• Good command of English
