We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chapter Lead to join our IT Product Team focusing on Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Logistics. As the Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals to develop and maintain software solutions that support our manufacturing, quality management, and logistics processes.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including Product and Service Managers (PSM), consultants, software developers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions (make and buy) for manufacturing, quality management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, including manufacturing, quality management, and logistics teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions and tengible results in our plants business processes.
- Drive the development and implementation of software solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in manufacturing, quality management, and logistics processes.
- Ensure that software solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements for manufacturing, quality management, and logistics.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other IT Product Teams and stakeholders to align software solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing, quality management, and logistics technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing software solutions for manufacturing, quality management, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality management, and logistics processes and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
