National Trade Marketing and Retail Management Lead

What a National Trade Marketing and Retail Management Lead does at HP:
- Establish a weekly cadence to drive sales objectives (SO) across the retail network.
- Conduct market sensing activities and share insights with key stakeholders.
- Ensure retail compliance on key parameters to maintain high standards of operation.
- Oversee the execution of trade marketing programs to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and track expenditures against planned activities.
- Publish regular dashboards on retail health parameters.
- Identify gaps in performance and implement strategies to bridge these gaps.
- Monitor and analyze retail metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust plans accordingly.
- Track competitor activities and adjust trade marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in retail management and trade marketing.
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in data analysis and interpreting retail metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in trade marketing principles and practices.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple trade marketing initiatives simultaneously
