Tersus Consultancy are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of our Rainham operation.
As a leading consultancy firm in risk and compliance, Tersus Consultancy are dedicated to delivering outstanding services to our clients while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Paying up to £45,000 for the role with a company car or allowance working 40 hours per week, on site in Rainham, Essex.
Requirements
- Manage and optimise the overall commercial operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
- Lead and oversee sales, marketing, and business development
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between different departments
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify business opportunities
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services firm
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
