Job Title: Modern Workplace Solutions Architect / Microsoft 365 Architect

Salary: Up to £95,000 DOE

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced M365 / Modern Workplace Architect to join our team and become the solutions lead for our Modern Workplace practice.

This role will give you the chance to develop solutions and publish them to the Microsoft Marketplace

​As the Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for the 365 solution and architecture by providing the technical guidance required to understand, plan, and implement integrated Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise resource planning and secure and compliant modern collaboration.

What you’ll do

Architecture Design:

• Ensure alignment to Microsoft Cloud Architecture Models
• Ensure adoption of Microsoft 365 Collaboration Principles
• Ensure adoption of Microsoft 365 Design Principles
• Provide infographics, How-To-Guides and Training to internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate future Microsoft 365 Service/Solution readiness in line with our continual service improvement programme.

Deployment:

• ​Be responsible for all Microsoft 365 Deployment Standards across Collaboration, Compliance, Governance & Security.
• Review Deployment standards, Service & feature changes and manage their change/release into deployment activities

Engagement:

• Be responsible for defining client engagement procedures and provide training to Lead MW Consultants & Project Engineers for the following core activities:
• Administration & Migration
• Meetings & Communications
• ​Compliance
• Security

Marketplace Offerings:

• Publish Products & Services to the Microsoft App Source for existing products and be responsible for GTM activities for new products in line with the Product & Services Roadmap.

• Develop Standard Engagements and Automated deployment of all Microsoft 365 Services as below:

​Technical Pre-Sales​

• Solution architect for MS365 opportunities. Covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilising MS365.
• Deliver Customer presentations in parallel with the Sales Team and Services Director when presenting solutions
• Carry out Business and process analysis as part of the solution development lifecycle.
• Develop Statement of Works for customer opportunities with peer reviews for shared approval.
• Present SOW, Migration Deployment, Security & Sensitive Data Plans & Activities to client and internal stakeholders

Project Engineering

• Work within the Modern workplace squads by contributing the project activities for more complex projects and high profile Mid/Enterprise clients
• Complete Projects on time: Ensure project plans are updated daily in Monday.com and that any issues or risks are identified as early as possible to avoid delays.
• Highlight concerns in relation to project delivery if identified and notify Customer Lead at earliest opportunity.
• Highlight any concerns in relation to the technical elements of the solution to the TDA as necessary.

Development

• Demonstrate a desire to develop yourself and your team where possible. Embrace new technologies and encourage your peers to develop. Outline below, what personal development objectives you will work towards during the review period.

Requirements

What we are looking for?

Essential

• 2 – 3 years experience in an MSP environment as a M365 Architect
• Experience of delivering end to end 365 Enterprise solutions
• Modern Workplace certifications, including SC100, 200, 300, 400 or 900
• Experience of leading on presales, solution development and engagement
• Great communication skills and experience of working with enterprise level customers

Desirable

• Microsoft Sentinel experience
