Position Overview:

Join us! We are looking for a talented IT professional with hands-on experience working in an IT development environment, leading scrum teams to drive positive outcomes. This position is responsible for coordination between various groups and organizations and engage in solutioning with business and development teams. As an experienced professional, they have proven ability to align technology efforts with business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison between Product Management, Development and Operations teams.
  • Leads PI Planning events and tracks the execution of features and capabilities
  • Communicates with stakeholders, clients, external vendors, and development team members.
  • Coach Agile methods and mindsets to scrum teams, matrix partners and leadership staff.
  • Helps manage risks and dependencies
  • Proven ability to balance multiple, concurrent/parallel activities

Required Experience / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or engineering or related course work
  • 7+ years of experience working in various application components – UI, API and DBs
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecyle.
  • Agile and/or PMP certification
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth triage on issues impacting one or more teams and implements process corrective action and continual service improvement along the way.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple parallel activities.

Desired Experience / Qualifications:

  • Healthcare domain knowledge
  • Web and Mobile application project experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner
  • Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
