Formulation development
- Carry out research on new technology on skincare formulations.
- Develop new formulations for different personal care products.
- Carry out physical tests, compatibility test and stability test on prototypes.
Product efficacy test
- Carry out efficacy study on the developed prototype, not limiting to in-vitro permeation study, animal study, user trials and clinical trials.
- Communicate with various stakeholders such as internal teams, testing companies, Universities.
Technology transfer
- Responsible for technology transfer of prototype scale to production scale. Work with production team, perform pilot trials, defining product specification and operation workflow.
- Ability to troubleshoot formulas as well as continuous improvement of existing formulas and process improvement.
