Job Description:

Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Operations Role

Reports To: L&D Operations Lead

Years of experience (relevant)- 3 to 6 years

Skills- LMS, Office 365, Operations

Location- Mumbai/ Bengaluru/ Gurgaon

Work Mode- Hybrid (2 days office in a week)

Job Summary:

The Learning and Development (L&D) Operations incumbent will be responsible for supporting the execution and management of L&D programs within the organization. This role involves coordinating training sessions, managing learning management systems (LMS), maintaining training records, and ensuring the smooth operation of all L&D activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Coordination:

• Work with business through TNA and execute programs
• Work with clients under Edtech to operationalize training program
• Manage regular communications with program participants to increase engagement in program activities
• Respond to participants inquiries regarding program activities and technical issues on helpdesk
• Design instructions that reflect an understanding of the diversity of learners and group of learners
• Communication with students related to reminders on assignments, webinars etc
• Creating and assignment of groups within the programs and managing them
• Communication to all the participants on announcements, messages to push students to further complete the program
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
• Developing a team of trainers to execute the training program
• Ensuring all logistics, administration, organisation and planning elements are in place and is managed in a seamless manner
• Program manage hackathons

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

• Manage and maintain the LMS, including course uploads, user enrollments, and tracking progress
• Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and provide technical support to users
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to monitor training completion and effectiveness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees

3. Training Records Management:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements regarding training documentation
• Prepare reports, PPTs and summaries on training activities and outcomes

4. Continuous Improvement:

• Collect feedback from training participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of training programs
• Stay current with L&D best practices and emerging trends to recommend improvements.

5. Assist in integration activities & UAT

6. Prepare monthly training calendar and newsletter

7. Work on providing self-pace modules through Digital learning platforms and track completions and analytics

8. Track & capture the learning goals of employees at Fractal, timely communications

9. Vendor management, agreements, invoicing & budgeting
