Driving digital transformation through innovative digital products across various therapeutic areas and markets. You will oversee direct digital patient engagement and SaMD solutions, aiming to enhance patient experiences and develop new digital biomarkers. Your work will accelerate patient discovery and diagnosis through telehealth and other advanced solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the SaMD portfolio across Sanofi, simplifying processes and rationalizing the portfolio.
• Develop new digital biomarkers supporting Sanofi key assets.
• Advance telehealth to close the care gap for untreated patients.
• Create diagnostic tools to support our “patient find” ambition.
• Lead and manage the digital product portfolio with a global distribution goal.
• Represent customer needs within the digital connected ecosystem and validate proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define ecosystem and design deliverables.
• Define, create, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Build and manage cross-functional teams including quality, legal, and regulatory.
• Ensure Digital Product/computerized systems meet all quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required; M.S in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in SaMD implementation.
• Minimum 15 years of professional business experience.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with a history of exceeding goals and making credible decisions.
• Advanced skills in Agile practices, digital strategy, project management, compliance, and business acumen.
• Fluent in English; a second language is desired.
